Faculty Development Collaborative (FDC)

Goals

The two main goals of the FDC are to:

  • Build a group of medical educators in the Midwest who are interested in teaching and collaboration.
  • Offer a support system where undergraduate and graduate educators can come together, learn from each other, and share information with the broader medical community.

Suggested Audience: The FDC is open to all faculty, residents, and students interested in faculty development issues. Programs should be prepared to identify a champion in their respective institutions for future collaboration.

The Family Medicine Midwest Collaboratives meet throughout the year via Zoom and in person at the FMM Conference.
