Faculty Development Collaborative (FDC)

Goals

The two main goals of the Faculty Development Collaborative are to:

  1. Form a cadre of medical educators in the Midwest interested in teaching and collaborating.
  2. Provide a support system for undergraduate and graducate educators may come together, learn from each other, and disseminate information to the wider medical community.


Led by Alicia Vazquez MD, Alicia Milan-Flanigan, MD, Janice L. Benson MD and Aarohi Munshi, MD.

Suggested Audience: The Faculty Development Collaborative will be open to all faculty, residents and students interested in faculty deveopment issues. Programs should be prepared to identify a champion in their respective institutions for future collaboration.
