Student Support Funding
The Family Medicine Midwest Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is a recognized leader in collaborative family medicine workforce development. Our mission is to shape the future of family medicine in our region. The states include Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
All donations support student attendance by helping to offset registration and travel costs for students traveling from outside the local area.
The Illinois Academy of Family Physicians serves as the management organization for the Family Medicine Midwest Foundation.
